Step 1 : Start with 12 dots of 4 rows in the center followed by 2 rows of 8 dots again followed by 2 rows of 4 dots by putting parallel dots (Neer Pulli) at both sides as shown in the photo.
Step 2 : Join the dots as shown in the photo.
Step 3 : Fill with desired colour powders.
